NS113 35%ニッケル耐食合金

NS113 35% ニッケル耐食合金は、オーステナイト系ニッケル-鉄-クロムベースの固溶強化合金で、極限環境でも非常に優れた性能を発揮します。面心立方晶 (FCC) 結晶構造を持ち、ニッケル含有量が高いため、低温から超高温 (1100°C 以上) への転移時でも脆性相変態を示すことなく、極めて高い安定性を維持します。 600°C ～ 1000°C の高温において、クロムとシリコンの含有量が高いため、NS113 は非常に安定した保護層を形成できます。これにより、石油化学産業における炉管の分解において非常に優れた性能を発揮し、炭素含有ガスによる腐食に効果的に抵抗します (耐浸炭性)。 NS113は熱間および冷間加工性に優れています。熱間加工温度は 1000°C ～ 1200°C です。通常の炭素鋼に比べて加工硬化率が高いため、冷間加工には高出力の工作機械や高強度の切削工具が必要となります。
