CUNI1 銅ニッケル低抵抗合金ワイヤは、ミリオームレベルの抵抗器の製造に推奨される材料です。これは、自動車エレクトロニクスやバッテリー管理システム (BMS) の電流検出に一般的に使用されており、高電流条件下でも非常に低い電圧降下と熱損失を生成します。わずかな温度上昇しか必要としない用途 (床下暖房システム、霜取り装置、医療用暖房ブランケットなど) では、CuNi1 ワイヤーを発熱体として使用すると、高抵抗ワイヤーのような局所的なホットスポットを生成することなく、長距離で均一な熱分布を実現できます。
